The Cash App is what is sounds like, an app that you can send money to someone else for free. You can load cash to the app instantly from debit card for free then send instantly to someone else. You can also instantly buy bitcoin or partial stocks within the app with your cash balance. If you do a verification with them you are able to send that bitcoin to others as well. It also comes with a debit card that you can use in retail stores or online for purchases.

Withdrawal -- Instantly via your bank debit card (Small Fee), free one day ACH deposit to bank account or withdrawal via ATM with Cash App Debit Card.
Identity -- It does require full KYC identity verification.

If it says a 10% Boost for a store if you select it then purchase from there the 10% is just subtracted from the bill. So if the purchase is $10 it will just make payment from your card for $9, no waiting on cashback, just instantly applied like the name says. You do have to select the different offers each time before use to make sure they are still available and selected. These offers change about every week. Time To Open Account -- Usually about 1 day for verification of the account and then after you apply for the debit card it usually takes 7-10 business days.
